I am currently nestled in the Rogue Valley of southern Oregon where I have continued my passion for organic farming. Along with working with the land comes the teachings and deep knowings of plants. I believe deeply in the power of Mother Nature and her ability to provide and heal. I am committed to using her abundance to heal and spread these simple and powerful recipes to others.
